1. The service

Pupperoni is a journal application for recording information about your dog. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Your content

Everything you record belongs to you. By sharing a dog profile with another user you grant them the access level you selected (read only, or read & write). Only the profile's owner can delete the dog and its data.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store unlawful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt the service.

5. AI insights are not veterinary advice

The Insights feature generates suggestions from your journal data using an AI model. It is provided for information only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. If you are concerned about your dog's health, consult a veterinarian.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Language

These terms are drafted in English, which is the authoritative version. Translations are provided for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
